**Terms of Service for Mini Sessions**


**1. Booking and Payments:**
Booking fees are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise discussed between the client and photographer, in which case a custom invoice will be created per scenario.



**2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:**
Cancellations are allowed up to 2 weeks prior to the session date and time. If a booking needs to be canceled or rescheduled within less than 2 weeks, the client is responsible for the session fee. No refunds will be given unless the client finds a replacement and transfers their session to them. The photographer reserves the right to refund or extend a credit in the event of an emergency or act of nature.



**3. Session Duration:**
The session time is 10 minutes, plus a 5-minute buffer to tidy and prep for the next client. If a client is late, they will only receive the remaining time in their session. If the next time slot is open, the client may purchase an additional time slot to extend their session. If the client is more than 6 minutes late, the session is forfeited due to time constraints.



**4. Image Delivery:**
Five images are included in the session fee and will be available for choosing from an online soft-proofing gallery within 1 week of the session date. A minimum of 15 proofs will be available to choose from, with the option to upgrade to the full gallery or purchase additional images. Finalized images can take up to 2 weeks depending on the number of images ordered and current client volume. A simple 5-image delivery typically takes 1-2 days to deliver.



**5. Usage Rights:**
All purchased images include a printing release from Jami Tatum Photography, and clients are welcome to share images digitally without limit. No editing of the images is permitted, and they are not allowed to be entered into contests or sold for profit.



**6. Liability:**
In case of equipment failure, accidents, or other unforeseen issues during the session, the photographer will evaluate the situation and determine the next steps. This may include a schedule shift, rescheduling, or refunds as necessary.



**7. Model Release:**
A model release is optional and noted on the booking form via a yes/no answer. This can be changed at any time in the future. The photographer will never share images without prior permission.
